J.C. Jamison
Attorney
J.C. Jamison joined HoltTollett, P.C. in 2009. Mr. Jamison has been practicing law in Houston and the surrounding area since 2001. His practice has been focused primarily on the litigation of real estate and property owners association matters since 2007. Mr. Jamison’s prior areas of legal practice were mortgage lending and financial litigation, commercial trucking and common carriers, and personal injury insurance defense.
Mr. Jamison handles litigation matters for hundreds of property owners associations. His active litigation practice has him regularly appearing before the District, County, and Justice Courts of Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Montgomery, and Galveston County.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Jamison served in the U.S. Navy for eight years as a Deep Sea Diver and Surface Warfare Specialist with three overseas deployments, including Desert Storm and Desert Shield, prior to being honorably discharged in 1997.
David Berk

David Berk has been practicing law in the Bayou City since 2012 and has accumulated a wide range of corporate and civil litigation experience. David focuses his practice entirely on representing property owners associations.
David works with property owners associations of all kinds, and he takes tremendous pride in advising and assisting them with whatever legal matters they encounter—big or small. David understands and appreciates the challenges property owners associations and their managers navigate on a daily basis, and he strives to deliver high-caliber representation quickly and efficiently. David takes Holt & Tollett’s commitment to responsiveness and results to heart.
David enjoys traveling—especially if he’s on his way to Rocky Top during football season. A native Houstonian, David is active in the community. He is a member of the Houston Realty Business Coalition and serves on the board of Holocaust Museum Houston’s NextGen Committee. Outside the office, David can be found enjoying the Texas weather wherever crawfish or brisket are being served.
Dylan Beason
Attorney
Dylan Beason is a native Houstonian who received his bachelor’s degree and juris doctorate from the University of Texas. Dylan’s previous experience in civil litigation and corporate governance has led his practice to focus exclusively on civil litigation matters and corporate governance issues facing property owners associations.
Dylan works with property owners associations to help resolve and avoid legal issues of all types. Dylan takes great pride in building strong working relationships with his clients so that he can provide representation specifically tailored to their diverse legal needs and goals. Dylan is a problem solver, committed to furthering HoltTollett’s culture of responsive and friendly representation.
Outside his practice with HoltTollett, P.C., Dylan has worked with close friends and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center to start a charitable foundation benefiting pediatric cancer research. In his free time, Dylan enjoys playing music and spending time outside with his dogs.
Luke Patrick Tollett
Attorney
Luke Tollett was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and comes from a rich tradition of Houston real estate professionals. Mr. Tollett began his law career with HoltTollett, P.C. on May 7, 2007, and his practice is devoted entirely to the representation of Property Owners Associations, with a focus on corporate matters. Mr. Tollett is Board-Certified in Property Owners Association Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Tollett counsels POA clients daily on a wide variety of legal issues. He helps resolve disputes with property owners, contractors, and governmental entities; drafts various legal instruments for corporate governance and operation; provides guidance on document interpretation and compliance with applicable law, and conducts foreclosure sales and evictions. Mr. Tollett is adept at efficiently and effectively solving problems that arise in both daily and long-term POA operations, with an emphasis on resolving disputes to avoid costly litigation.
Mr. Tollett enjoys watching Houston and Baylor sports teams, spending time with his chihuahuas and his family, and traveling the world. He is a supporter of the Houston Zoo and has adopted and cared for numerous rescue dogs and cats.

Russel T. Holt
Attorney
Russel Holt is one of HoltTollett, P.C.’s founding partners. Mr. Holt has been practicing law for 31 years. He is Board-Certified in Residential and Commercial Real Estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Holt specializes in property owners association law matters. His extensive clientele includes master-planned communities, large and small residential subdivisions, high- and low-rise condominiums, commercial property owner associations, and mixed-use property owner associations.
Mr. Holt has been active in the community association industry for many years. He has presented numerous seminars on a wide variety of topics related to property owners associations. Mr. Holt is a past President, Vice President, and Board Member of the Community Association Institute.
