David Berk has been practicing law in the Bayou City since 2012 and has accumulated a wide range of corporate and civil litigation experience. David focuses his practice entirely on representing property owner associations.
David works with property owner associations of all types, and he takes tremendous pride in advising and assisting them with whatever legal matters they encounter—big or small. David understands and appreciates the challenges property owner associations and their managers navigate on a daily basis and he strives to deliver high-caliber representation quickly and efficiently. David takes to heart Holt & Tollett’s commitment to responsiveness and results.
David enjoys travelling—especially if he’s on his way to Rocky Top during football season. A native Houstonian, David is active in the community. He is a member of the Houston Realty Business Coalition, and serves on the board of Holocaust Museum Houston’s NextGen Committee. Outside the office, David can be found enjoying the Texas weather wherever crawfish or brisket are being served.
