Kevin is a native Houstonian, who graduated from Texas Tech University receiving a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science. After graduating college, he began pursuing his career as an attorney with a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston.
Kevin’s daily work consists of representing hundreds of property owner associations with a wide variety of legal matters. He handles contract agreements/disputes between property owner associations, property owners, contractors and government entities; is frequently involved in assisting developers and property managers in drafting legal instruments and important governing documents pertaining to property owner associations; and conducts foreclosures and evictions. His active litigation practice has him frequently appearing before District, County, and Justice Courts in and around the Houston/Galveston areas.
Kevin is an active member of the American Bar Association and in his free time enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and watching Houston and Texas Tech sports. As his experience demonstrates, Kevin is passionate about helping people and dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives.
