Luke Tollett was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and comes from a rich tradition of Houston real estate professionals. Mr. Tollett began his law career with Holt & Young, P.C. on May 7, 2007, and his practice is devoted entirely to the representation of Property Owners Associations, with a focus on corporate matters. Mr. Tollett is Board Certified in Property Owners Association Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Tollett counsels POA clients daily on a wide variety of legal issues. He helps resolve disputes with property owners, contractors, and governmental entities; drafts various legal instruments for corporate governance and operation; provides guidance on document interpretation and compliance with applicable law, and conducts foreclosure sales and evictions. Mr. Tollett is adept at efficiently and effectively solving problems that arise in both daily and long-term POA operations, with an emphasis on resolving disputes to avoid costly litigation.
Mr. Tollett enjoys watching Houston and Baylor sports teams, spending time with his chihuahuas and his family, and traveling the world. He is a supporter of the Houston Zoo and has adopted and cared for numerous rescue dogs and cats.
