Luke Tollett was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and he comes from a rich tradition of Houston real estate professionals dating back to more than half a century. Mr. Tollett has been with Holt & Young, P.C. for 13 years, and his practice is devoted entirely to the representation of property owner associations, with a focus on corporate matters.
Mr. Tollett advises associations daily on a variety of legal issues. He handles disputes and agreements with property owners, contractors, and governmental entities; drafts various legal instruments for corporate governance and operation; and conducts foreclosure sales and evictions. Mr. Tollett is adept at efficiently and effectively solving problems that arise in both daily and long-term association operations, with an emphasis on resolving disputes to avoid costly litigation.
Mr. Tollett enjoys traveling, watching Houston sports teams, and caring for animals. He is a supporter of the Houston Zoo and has adopted and cared for numerous rescue dogs and cats.
