Edward Holtz is an associate with Holt & Young, and he joined the firm in 2016. Mr. Holtz was previously a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, and he enjoys being able to apply his previous experience in the courtroom in his practice. Mr. Holtz’s practice includes all areas of property owner association law with an emphasis on litigation, probate, bankruptcy, and excess proceeds claims.
Mr. Holtz enjoys spending time with his family and his cherished dog, Sherri, cooking, hiking, and movies. Mr. Holtz is a volunteer docent at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
